Shipping/Will Call

In most cases we strive to ship out all orders the same day they are placed; however some orders may take up to 24 hours to be shipped out.

Any orders that will be delayed beyond the initial 24 hours due to inventory issues or freight carrier issues will be communicated to you.

Tracking information is provided to the customer once their order has shipped along with a delivery ETA.

Yes, preferably via UPS as we have a daily pickup agreement in place.

Choose the “Will Call” Option when checking out, then choose which location you would like to pick up from.

Yes, put everything in your cart and checkout. We do not have online purchasing at this time. Essentially our “checkout process” is an estimate and we will email you with a more detailed quote once we have checked inventory and shipping costs.

Yes!  Right now you can choose to make an item a favorite using the heart icon when looking at the parts, in the product tables next to the price. When you add a heart to the item, it will become part of your Favorites List, (you can have multiple lists). To find the Favorites, go to the menu item “Account” and then the drop down of “Favorites”. Soon, we will add the “Favorites” option to each item to your past orders and eventually  you will be able to add items from your past orders straight to your cart.

  1. Enter SKU in Column A
  2. Enter the quantities needed in Column B
  3. Please do not include any prefixes, dashes, or other punctuation in the item numbers. Save the file on your computer. CSV format (.csv) and click Upload.

When you place your order, we do not need a credit card. Once we have received your order and confirmed that we have all of your products/parts and what shipping cost (if you need it) we will contact you for payment.
