  • Anti-oxidant compound improves efficiency and service life of aluminum electrical applications
  • Suspended zinc particles penetrate and cut aluminum oxide, while carrier material excludes air to minimize further oxidation
  • Provides additional inner-strand and inner-conductor current paths for improved conductivity and cooler connections
  • For use with pressure-type wire connectors including lugs, taps, service entrances and split-bolts
  • Reduces galling and seizing when applied on aluminum conduit joints promoting good ground continuity

PENETROX E
  • Oxide-inhibiting compounds produce low initial contact resistance, seal out air and moisture, prevent oxidation or corrosion, exhibit superior weathering characteristics, are usable over wide temperature ranges, and provide a high conductivity “gastight” joint.
  • Compounds contain homogeneously suspended metal particles. The suspended metal particles assist in penetrating thin oxide films, act as electrical “bridges” between conductor strands.
  • Aid in gripping the conductor, improve electrical conductivity and enhance the integrity of the connection
  • The specially formulated compounds are for use with compression and bolted connectors providing an improved service life for both copper connections.
  • PENETROX is a synthetic base compound with evenly suspended copper particles. It is recommended for copper to copper, copper threads and all grounding applications.
  • Service Temperature Range -40°F to 350°F
